I have practiced yoga over 25 years and I am a certified Kripalu yoga teacher.

I practice Hatha, Kundalini, Iyengar, and Power yoga. 

Equestrian yoga helps to strengthen the body and mind connection which will lead to a stronger connection with the horse and to better riding.

Just like we train our horses to be mentally and physically sound - riders should also train for the same.
